This joint venture was formed as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company in accordance with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s “All-Small” Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP), and is jointly owned by Guidehouse and ReefPoint Group.
Guidehouse and TechSur Solutions have formed a strategic joint venture and Mentor-Protégé Agreement (MPA) under the U.S. Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé Program through Guidehouse’s acquisition of Dovel Technologies, LLC and its JV with TechSur, 1DTS. 1DTS successfully integrates the expertise of the two firms that specialize in digital transformation, bringing cloud-native applications, solutions, and analytics to government organizations.
